• We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we believe these Terms or applicable laws are violated.

4. Product Information & Authenticity

• We verify authenticity through multi‑point checks including material inspection, labels, season codes, and print quality controls.
• Product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. Colors may vary due to display settings and lighting.
• Sizes are based on manufacturer sizing unless otherwise noted. Fit can vary by season and style.
• We do not guarantee that every item shown will be available at all times.

5. Pricing, Payments & Billing

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• We accept major cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our processor) to charge your order total, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees.
• Promotional pricing and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for pricing or availability errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

6. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

• Your order is an offer to buy. We indicate acceptance only when we dispatch the item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
• Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to cancel, contact support promptly; we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. See our Shipping Information.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipments not requiring signature, or upon delivery to your address for signature‑required shipments.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs may impact delivery.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Unworn items in original condition may be eligible for return within the window stated on the product page. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Returned items must include original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items marked final sale are not returnable.
• Shipping fees are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• Promotions are valid for a limited time and subject to terms listed on the promotional page or message.
• We may void or cancel a promotion if we suspect abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Gift cards, where available, are non‑refundable, not reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

• International orders may be subject to import duties and fees, which are your responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout.

11. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

• Estimated ship dates for pre‑orders or backorders are not guaranteed and may change.
• We may authorize or capture payment at order placement for pre‑orders, depending on the payment method.

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to violate others’ rights, to transmit malware, or to attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
• Automated scraping or rate‑limiting circumvention is prohibited except as permitted by applicable robots.txt or our written consent.

• Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York County, New York, on an individual basis. You and we waive any right to a jury trial.
• Class action waiver: You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
