Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in every purchase from Supreme Sale. Read how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1) Eligibility
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors and marks, with all original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
- Underwear, socks, face coverings, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards and store credit
- Customized or altered items
- Bundled or free promotional items not returned with the primary item
2) How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with your RMA and return instructions.
- Pack securely. Place the item in its original packaging and include any accessories and tags.
- Attach the provided label (if applicable) and ship within 7 days of RMA approval.
Return shipping fees
- Change of mind / sizing: customer pays return shipping.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Packaging tips
- Use the original box or a sturdy replacement.
- Remove or cover old labels and barcodes.
- Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number.
3) Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a new shipment once your original item is received and inspected. To reserve the size or color you want, we can:
- Hold your requested size for 48 hours after issuing your RMA (subject to stock), or
- Recommend placing a new order now and refunding the original once it arrives back.
4) Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
- Inspection typically takes 1–3 business days after delivery to our facility.
- Once approved, refunds post in 3–5 business days. Bank or card processing can take up to 10 business days depending on your provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If requested, we can issue store credit for immediate reuse.
5) Defects, damage, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The item (full front/back)
- Close-ups of the issue
- Inner brand tags and season/size labels
- Outer shipping box and packing slip
We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid label as applicable.
6) International returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes. These are not refundable by Supreme Sale.
- Mark returns clearly as “Returned Merchandise” on customs forms to avoid delays.
- Exchanges ship after the return clears customs and is inspected.
7) Order changes & cancellations
- We can modify or cancel orders within 60 minutes of placement during business hours if the order has not yet been packed.
- After dispatch, please follow the standard return process.
8) Price adjustments
- One-time price adjustment within 7 days of delivery if the identical item (same style, color, size, and condition) is discounted on supremeonsale.com and still in stock.
- Not valid on Final Sale items, limited drops, or time-limited promotions.
9) Holiday & gift returns
Qualifying orders placed between November 15 and December 31 enjoy an extended return window until January 31 (Final Sale exclusions apply). Gift returns can be exchanged or issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
10) Restocking & condition review
- Returns received outside the condition guidelines may be refused or subject to a cleaning/processing fee up to 15%.
- Missing accessories, tags, or packaging may reduce the refund amount.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to request an RMA for eligible items.

After your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and 3–5 business days for funds to post, depending on your bank.
Do you offer free returns?
We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For size or preference returns, the customer covers return shipping.
