Handling Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Business Days

Processing and carrier pickups occur Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays and peak release dates.

Verification

Occasionally we may request additional verification to protect against fraud. This may add 1 business day.

Pre‑orders & Release Items

Items marked as pre‑order or with a ship window will dispatch once available. Your confirmation email will include the estimated ship window.

Carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Exact carrier and service are selected automatically based on weight, destination, and performance.

Free Shipping

Orders $99+ ship free via Economy within the contiguous US. Cart total after discounts must meet the threshold. Taxes and protection add‑ons do not apply toward the minimum.

Signature & Insurance

Orders $300+ may require signature on delivery. Optional Shipping Protection is offered at checkout for theft, loss, or damage coverage.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, US Territories

  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS services only (Express may be unavailable).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS Priority; allow 7–14+ business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam: Standard and Expedited options available; transit may be extended.

Large/Multiple Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive tracking for each package as it departs our facility.

Duties & Taxes

  • Most shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local duties, taxes, and fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • For select countries we may offer prepaid duties at checkout (DDP). If available, you will see an option to prepay import charges.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays outside our control.
Address formatting: Use Latin characters and include building, unit, or apartment numbers to avoid carrier returns.

Tracking, Delivery & Claims

Tracking Updates

You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to populate after label creation.

Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver, they may attempt again or hold at a local facility. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us.

Address Changes

If your order has not shipped, contact us ASAP. If shipped, request an intercept with the carrier. We are unable to change international addresses after dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Mark as lost: Domestic after 7 business days from last scan; International after 14 business days.
  • Delivered but not received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery scan.
  • With Shipping Protection: File a claim via your order page for replacement or refund per policy.

Damages

Inspect items upon arrival. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos of the box, packing materials, and item. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Restrictions & Additional Notes

  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders that do not provide full KYC details.
  • Carrier delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless the service explicitly states “Guaranteed.”
  • Orders containing limited releases may require extra time for verification and packing.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping fees deducted from any refund.
  • We use recyclable mailers and boxes when possible without compromising product protection.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST with Express may ship the same business day depending on volume. Otherwise they ship next business day.

Spend $99 or more after discounts (before taxes and protection) and select Economy shipping to see the free option at checkout.

In most cases, yes. Unless you prepay duties at checkout (if available for your country), your local customs office will assess import charges upon arrival.

Contact support immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update it. If shipped, we’ll help you request an intercept with the carrier when possible.

Tracking often updates within 24–48 hours. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

We’ll contact you upon receipt to reship (additional postage may apply) or process a refund minus outbound and return shipping fees.
